Been to several different dentist in my life this place is by far the worst. You'll be told you need to get unnecessary procedures for the sake of them getting money from you and good luck trying to get copies of your medical records after work is done. It will be like pulling teeth to do so. Oh and corporate office doesnt work either.

Horrific unprofessional medical dental office.  Every staff person even the CA Licensed Dentist hide the Truth! This office puts on a fake front! Big risk to  going to Haun Rd Menifee WCD office! Stay away! Many sneaky behaviors here! From January to April/May these crooks took lots of personal money and never delivered any dental partials! Then spoke devious lies saying I already received the dental partials. Manipulation and lies. Worst place in the Antelope Valley. They overbook they lie to you the plcae is filthy. My dentist is very nice and Kayla at the front desk is awesome and kind. Would not refer this horribly run place to ANYBODY. I"ll be posting all week There's lot's to tell

simply horrible worst dentist office in Lancaster. They overbook and you wait for the longest time. My dentist is very nice and Kayla at the front dest in amazingly nice.Everything else in that building is HORRIBLE. I would definetly not recommend this place to ANYBODY. And I will be yelping all week. And by the way the place is filthy.

I came in for an initial appointment at 8 am. Was not seen till maybe 9. And on top of that I did have to wait for the doctor to see me approximately 2 hrs. They then did an appointment for wisdom teeth removal a week and a half from first appointment. Keep in mind I am in pain from the wisdom teeth. A day before the appointment for my wisdom teeth removal I get a call that my insurance will not cover all the work and I would have to find another dentist to the work. This is my 3rd visit to this place and each and every time, even with an appointment, the wait is more than 1.5 hours. I’ve waited 2.5 hours to be seen before. Today, I’m sitting here 1.5 hours after my appointment time and was told to wait another 30 minutes or so. It’s like they have no respect for people’s time here. I should have read the reviews beforehand because clearly this has been a problem for years. Nothing has changed. I would recommend taking your time and business elsewhere.

This Dental office is the worst dental office I have ever visited. They have the worst customer service personnel who are very rude and arrogant to their customers. Their receptionist Erica derives joy in hanging up phone on people and her supervisor don't care about it, even after I went to the office to lay my complained about the receptionist attitude. No apology was rendered after my complain. l will never advise any person to visit this dental office due to their poor customer services.
