They wanted me to do a lot of unnecessary procedures. Total cost of around $4,100 out of my pocket. I told them I could not afford it and did not think it was necessary for all the procedures. They then refused to clean my teeth which was covered by my insurance. I then went to another dental office two miles away and got the cleaning and what was necessary for a total cost of $313. These people are a sham. They don't care if you can afford the treatments or not. All they want is to make money and prescribe unnecessary services. If you cannot afford the services, they will deny you basic services such as cleaning which was covered by my insurance. They refused to provide basic cleaning because they said it would not help because I needed deep cleaning. Even after I insist a basic cleaning, they flat out said "NO". Don't go to this place. They are like sharks.
They keep offering unnecessary services because i have insurance coverage, they are like a car dealership that offers extra services when you go do a oil change, stay away!
you guys are a sham operation trying to extract money out of peoples and insurance companies pockets! I walked into another dental office when i left your office and they had no problem offering me a Deep Cleaning and scaling for a $7 copay! you guys wanted over $600.00 for the same thing!!! My experience with Dental Group of Arcadia was amazing. The entire staff was friendly which helped calm my nerves (hate going to the dentist) and the whole process was quick and painless! I've already scheduled my next check-up with them. If you're in the Arcadia area, I highly recommend them!
If you are afraid of the dentist like I used to be, go to the Dental Group of Arcadia! They provide the best dental experience possible. The dentists and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will do whatever they can to comfort their patients. They have upgraded their technology in the last few years and that made my last visit very modern and high-tech. 2 thumbs way way up!
The Dental Group of Arcadia is the finest dental office I have ever been to. The dentists, hygienists, and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. They see me as an important patient and not just someone to take money from. The dentists are skillful and very knowledgeable. They always answer any questions I might have and are extremely patient. The Dental Group of Arcadia really sets the standard for what a dental office should be like.
So I have been aching for sometime now in my mouth and had visited another local dentist until I came across Dental Group of Arcadia who rescued my aching problems. Great staff and touch. Two days after my visit and my procedure I was pain free and service was up to par.
