Plan to be at your cleaning appointment for at least 2 hours. There always seems to be a backlog and your appointment never starts on time. Appt 2 weeks ago, I sat for an hour and didn't even get xrays taken, had to reschedule due to having to get back to work. Had appt today, waited 30 min after appt scheduled time and still waiting on the lobby. I left canceling my appt l, as again I am on a time limit due to work. GREAT HOSPITALITY.. BERY SYMPATHETIC.. AND GREATFUL..
I just did two extraction and bone graft surgery...the staff and the surgeon was so gentle and very nice, professional, Bravo to the dental assistant His name is Victor, ..he travels to different locations to assistant, I was lucky to have him by my side! The surgeon was so nice also! Thank you Dental group of Arcadia.
Today was second time I went for appointment and discovered Group changed Ortho from Monday's to Thursdays without telling me. The central appointment center had me confirmed today at 12N but arrived to be told they were closed. Staff seemed new since July. Office mgr rescheduled me for Thursday. I wasted time and other appointment today. When they are in and working they do fine work.
Bunch of scammers, I paid a head of time for teeth extraction that I decided to cancel since they were selling services I don’t need at the last minute that insurance won’t cover. Fill out a form for refund and even called them after a month. Now it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t got my refund. Do not come here.
