Unfortuantely, I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Hammer. His receptionist, Zoey, was rude, rigid and not willing to work with me over a simple request. I simply needed my mom, a current client, to call and make an appt for me. She needed to be present and due to availability reasons, it was best she make the appt.
