We have had a great experience with Frances! She is so amazing with my daughter when she comes in. She is warm and friendly and takes the time to explain what's she going to do and how the tools work so my daughter knows exactly what's going on, which helps relieve any anxiety. She also lets my daughter have a bit of fun going up and down in the chair and picking her favourite show for the TV. My daughter loves going to the dentist now and has the best time. Would definitely recommend Dental Garden.
Frances is the best Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! She has such a calm voice and presence that even though I dont like going to a Dentist I can now. As soon as you walk inside the front door you are greeted with such a serenely calm space that you instantly relax. Which is no easy feat for me. I cannot recommend Dr Frances and her team highly enough, especially when it comes to children’s dentistry. Never in a million years would I have thought my children would love going to the dentist, but they do! The Dental Garden is such an inviting and positive atmosphere and the entire team are so friendly, and thorough with their treatments.
Dr Frances Ershad is a caring and gentle dentist. I found her to be empathetic. Dr Frances is knowledgeable, and I have found her always to act professionally and listen to my concerns. I have found the treatment given by Dr. Frances to be of excellent quality. Dr Frances' examination is much more thorough than I have experienced elsewhere.
