I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. It seems that this office cares more about making money than providing honest and ethical patient care. From the beginning, I was given incomplete and misleading information about the office’s fees. Later, they introduced additional charges that had never been clearly explained and tried to pressure me into signing paperwork to accept those fees. A dishonest business that scams people out of their money and refuses to issue refunds; they claimed they would perform dental cleaning and check-ups for three people for $200, only to later demand an extra $1,000—stay away and do not go there.
