I went to this dentist because I had recently stopped smoking and had been neglecting my health so I wanted to go and see what my budget would look like to reach my dental goals.The dentist was polite at first but the minute she saw I didn't want to do things same day I wasn't given the best customer service anymore by her receptionist, he behaved as if he were completely checked out. Horrible place to attend , she did my fillings and cleaning and half assed it . Two days after having several fillings done , one of them fell out while eating rice . I called them to have them fix it , and they refused to help me trying ti make and pay for an office visit to revise the work that was done .. work they did mind you 2 DAYS after and after calling my insurance they said my visits are covered and I didn’t have to pay … so not sure if they’re trying to run a scam or for more money… this happened in June .. and af... read more
Dentist was very polite and office was nice and clean. Also she did everything the same day which I thought was different and maybe convenient for some, but for others it may be a red flag lol. Overall, I’m not pleased with the end result of the service that I was provided. You cannot cut corners on people’s teeth. I think she could have been rushing due to not having much help and also trying to deal with x ray equipment malfunctions, so I am understanding to that. Dr.Fukushima is an excellent dentist! I chose her based on her ratings and reviews listed on my insurance provider app. I needed an adult cleaning and I wanted to get the stains removed on my teeth, she did an exceptional job at removing all of the plaque and stains. I would recommend her to all of my friends! Thank you again
My husband visited this clinic after having a poorly done extraction elsewhere, where roots and pieces of the tooth were still left in the socket. Dr. Naoko Fukushima provided outstanding care.
