It’s ridiculous how long you have to sit here and wait! It’s been an hour in the waiting room. Don’t book so many appointments at the same time!! This is just outrageous. My time is valuable too

Have been waiting 2 and a half hours for a routine check up. They need to get they're scheduling together. People have lives. They shouldn't have to take a whole day off of work or school for a routine cleaning and check up.
i didn’t have a mask so they made me wait outside in the freezing cold. i don’t drive and didn’t want my grandma to drive all the way back to wait in the car. no sympathy. now i’m probably going to get sick. and they said they won’t give a mask out (which is what i was hoping for) because they are short on supply.
I went there because my tooth was infected they got me in the same day which was nice. I got antibiotics and was told to come back in 2 weeks. 3 days before I had to come my pain came back and my mouth swole up. It was visible and I was in excruciating pain. I called to tell them and the lady who answered the phone said it should be fine.No prescription of pain meds no antibiotics nothing.. I was soo anxiious about getting all my teeth pulled. The staff was very reassuring and professional. They never make you feel like you were a bother. The dentist who pulled them was very kind and made sure everything was dumb so I had no pain just pressure. I would strongly recommend this office
