I'm very happy with dental excellence. Everybody was very kind and professional
They were fast and did a great job with my dental needs.
The first time I came here the they did X-rays which I asked if they would be covered by my insurance. The receptionist told me yes. They weren’t, I got a bill at the next appointment and when I asked what it was for, the receptionist only said it was a deductible and would not explain further. I was overcharged at this office on more than 1 occasion. They will not refund money until THEY receive a check from the insurance despite receiving the EOB stating they owe a refund and they won’t give a refund if a claim is pending ... read more
First let me say I am super afraid of going to the dentist!!! 🦷 I even put it off for 2 years now cause financially and pain wise I am petrified!! I had two previous dentist’s in the past and they both caused me distress one way or another. The last one kept sending me to an orthodontist because she didn’t extract teeth which caused even more pain and financial cost.
