Dental Excellence of New York , is our home , all my 3 children were taken good care of this office . I am very comfortable going to this office for almost 3 decades , I have no complaints against Dr. Ben Hur , He is kind , open minded , professional in dealing with his clients. He is very much willing to work with his client's schedule. Humble and accommodating .
I had a root canal done almost 2 years ago and had a crown put on by Dr. Hur. My insurance covered for the basic crown and I was told if I pay $200 more I can get a better crown that will last 5 plus years. I bit into a soft cheese doodle and my crown broke in half. I feel the crown paid for by my private insurance was placed and my money was pocketed. I didn’t receive the so called better crown. I feel cheated.
