I had a smooth experience at Dental Excellence ! The staff and Dr. Robin were wonderful! Definitely recommend them!
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Robbin. I made a last-minute appointment, and he didn’t even seem to know what it was for, which wasted my time. The explanations were unclear, and he told me something completely different from another doctor, leaving me confused. He then proceeds to tell me that my insurance doesn’t cover a filling they already did weeks ago. He’s bananas! Overall, I did not feel properly helped by Dr. Robbin. 0/10
