Went to Dr Bitchatchi for a yearly checkup and cleaning. I explained to him and his staff I only wanted done to me what my insurance covers. He and his staff made me sign denial of procedure forms but still did a procedure to me that was not covered by my insurance. I am now being billed by Dr. Bitchatchi for the uncovered procedure. Watch your back with this Dr not only did he do this to me but he also tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of work that I denied .
Coming from another local office that did a terrible job, this place totally restored my hope with my teeth. I’m a nervous patient who is sensitive and their bedside manner is so nice. They took all of my concerns seriously, gave me options and weren’t pushy, but very informative. Thanks so much team! You guys are awesome!
