I went to Dental of Excellence Greenhaven for a routine checkup and cleaning. X-rays showed a cavity on my upper back molar, and I was scheduled for a filling. However, the dentist never reviewed the X-rays with me or explained how deep the cavity was or how close it was to the nerve. I was simply told I needed a filling.
