Overall poor experience and would like to warn people! The only positive was that the staff seemed friendly. I went there as a new patient and wasn't sure if I was pregnant, so we skipped x rays. The cleaning was very fast, which some might see as a plus, but in 10 minutes they did the pressure cleaning and no manual scraping/flossing and I felt it could have been more thorough for sure. Double check insurance before going in. They have falsely added their business to some insurance sites but are NOT IN NETWORK. They will NOT tell you this when you book an appointment. Before you end up with surprise bills, make sure to check.

Woman at the front desk is incompetent, and a liar. She lies about what insurance will and won’t cover, and turned me away from an emergency operation after telling me it would be covered under medical. She has absolutely no business working in a facility like this if she can’t even keep track of what she’s telling people and doesn’t understand what she’s talking about.
