Saw Dr Katsur for extraction. Broke off tooth at the root, had to go to oral surgeon to get remaining pieces removed.
Office manager unfriendly and uncurtious.I was there for reg. cleaning. After xrays-exam I had to reschedule cause they didn't have time. I did. I went, they refused to clean my teeth unless I pay for more work I don't need now. after an argument they decided to talk it over and rescheduled again. They called to reschedule for the 3rd time cause hygienist didn't show up. I'm not going back. girls there are very nice. I went to another Dr happily. They wasted 10 or more hours of my time.
We were recommended by a friend, and we couldn't be happier. Everyone made us feel welcome. we both had preventative cleaning and my husband had a root canal and a crown. Satisfaction plus! We will return. Phil and Rosie Yurgae

I like to congratulate the entire staff for attending to me on 4/18/14. Staff was very caring and professional towards me. And I recommend to any existing or new customers to use this Dental office. They are in the process of reorganization with a new dentist in charge n some issues that need ironing out but this is in the early stages and am sure they will overcome that. I have had many visits to this office due to having implants. All the appointment times have been promptly met in a very caring and professional atmosphere. The staff are friendly and thorough and the doctors take the time to listen and provide the care needed to make you comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility for the quality of service and the concern given to their patients.
