Very poor stuff with unprofessional.....they even don't know how to talk with patients....when I did deep clean after that time they give me appointment...after 3 months...when they give me first appointment for basic cleaning...they said that it will be free...because I paid every by at same time using my card because I didn't have insurance....but after that when I visited first appointment....the front desk staff told me that I'm not eligible for the free cleaning.....I was surprised are you serious.....after receiving th... read more
Excellent customer service, very very friendly, very honest, I recommend them to everyone.
This place is the absolute worst. I had made an appt for both my son and myself, twice. My first appt, I told them I had an emergency and to cancel my appt. I rescheduled an appt and I had to wait another 3 months to be seen. Finally, on the day of the appt, the systems were down. I had left a message stating that I wanted to reschedule and I didn't receive a call back. Don't waste your time here. The communication is bad....
