Dentist is okay and overbooked. Front desk staff need to be trained. They have minimal customer service skills.

They are horrible. Horrible dental assistants at the front who lack training professionalism and organizational skills. Third bad experience here. Just run me my son medical records. They texted to confirm an appointment. I confirmed. I get there today and the idiot who addressed me states they gave it away due to a no show. Mind you the appointment was for 4pm and I arrived at 3:48. Clearly they can’t tell time. We had a 3 pm appointment after waiting for a while we asked how much longer? We were told by the front desk” we are waiting for the dentist “. It is now 4:35 pm and we are still waiting. I again asked how long and was told by the RUDe front desk, your next. We heard that 45 minutes ago. So ,I asked for the last visit summary so I can go to another dentist and was told to fill out a form and they would send it to corporate. Really!! I am standing right here as a patient and cannot have my own records!! Terrible service!
EXTREMELY SLOW!! Dr is rude and unprofessional!! I don’t understand how they still have a license with how bad this place it. Several appointments I’ve been in office more than 3hours. They start your work so u can’t leave. After this last tooth I’m done!
This place is ridiculous. First they tell me my son has 4 cavities then when I go in to get them filled ahe tells me he only has 3. Everytime I've gone in I've been there dor hours. Today I sat for an hour and a half and they didn't call 1 person back. After they rescheduled my originnal appt I thought they would get me in without waiting forever but guess not. If i could give them I lower rating I would. HORRIBLE!!
Horrible customer service. The dentist are nice but the office staff sucks
