They never pick up there phone
I kept calling trying to get through for an appt and they blocked my number... real professional, my tooth hurts dude... wth.
When you see a post of a worker there giving someone the bird and yes there is a photo is so unprofessional. I don't care how angry a customer makes you its just words deal with it or get a new job but being that unprofessional for the world to see is not okay.
Since I'm unable to get the issue resolved am just gone tell everyone about the poor, rude and unprofessional service I received, I was checked in given the x-rays and the device they used caused more pain!! After all that they said its a problem with my insurance and they are unable to help me. I asked for a prescription for antibiotic or pain pills and was told no, then was told I need to call the provider of my insurance and figure out my own problem, and if im in such pain i need to go to the ER!? Very rude and unprofessional! My nephew was verbally assaulted and he has a photo of the receptionist giving him the bird. He was told that his insurance was non active, which was a lie. He left Dental Dreams in more pain than when he arrived. It’s a shame how they treat people with disabilities while being black.

They claim they accept Medicaid patients, which is not entirely true, because they do not accept STRAIGHT Medicaid.
RecommendedDr Kim and his staff are amazing I went there for clearance on my surgery and Dr. Kim was awesome.
Great place to go if you wanna wait an hour past appointment time and have no information about when your going to be seen. And then when asked they say another 5-6 minutes and then you wait another 10. I finally just told them to cancel I'll go else where. If your running behind let people know and give them an option to reschedule at least just don't leave them sitting there .
