I have know idea where to began the customer service was horrible I understand Covid but to have people standing outside is the staff at desk are horrible and unprofessional not helpful at all if I could give a 0 that’s what it would be never will I come here. Again
No stars. I went to an appointment. Was suppose get a prescription for an oral rinse. The doctor was not able to write the prescription because he said the prescription pads were locked in a cabinet that he nor anyone at the had access to. I asked if I could have the prescription called into the pharmacy he said he doesn’t do that and I could come back tomorrow and the prescription would be at the front desk.
