I have know idea where to began the customer service was horrible I understand Covid but to have people standing outside is the staff at desk are horrible and unprofessional not helpful at all if I could give a 0 that’s what it would be never will I come here. Again

No stars. I went to an appointment. Was suppose get a prescription for an oral rinse. The doctor was not able to write the prescription because he said the prescription pads were locked in a cabinet that he nor anyone at the had access to. I asked if I could have the prescription called into the pharmacy he said he doesn’t do that and I could come back tomorrow and the prescription would be at the front desk. I apologize for my attitude.I will go to a black dentist in Owings Mills MD... So I can get my exam my cleaning my bleaching my extractions and sealant if any ....I got good credit money and good insurance I pay for every month...Yes I left my ID at my house in Owings Mills...I felt no one really cared about my mouth hurting and time I took to get to your office...But that’s great and ok....
This place is a joke. My appt time was at 10am when they open. I was told on the phone I would be the first one seen. I was the 3rd to sign the list behind two WALKINS! Here it is 10:30. I have not been seen nor has my name even been called to the front desk. 3 people have went back so far. I’m just curious why and I get no answers? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me! Why make appt times if there not followed?
I was surprised that after xrays n exam i had 2 teeth removed. I was treated very good n everybody were kind. They will do all my work for i do not like going to the dentist. But they did a wonderful job. Thanks Dental dreams.
Great dental work for kids & adults. Saturday hours are a plus
