this is the worst professional so called business I have been to just about a year and still no dentures they always have an excuse why I can't get in

Dear God, This entire Dental Clinic in Rockford Il. on State Street is beyond horrid. They don't care how much pain you are in. They are barbaric and forceful with their Novocain shots. He gave me 12 when putting in 5 nightmare looking crowns. they were uneven in length by 1/8th of an inch. they were yellow and crooked and jagged at the top. I was horrified and have cried for days. Eveybody really realy nice! I never have to wait more than 10 minutes! I give it a 10! Drs and receptionis very friendly always with a smile! Specially a receptionist by the name of marissa! :) will def go back!

The wait time can be lengthy and the bed side manner could improve; the receptionists are at times unprofessional but when it comes down to affordability, they can not be beat. They try their best to treat the problem as soon as possible (sometimes the same day) as oppose to other dentists that may make one wait nearly a month to fill a cavity (which is ridiculous).
