The girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment at 11:00a wasn’t see until 12p. Ask the idiot at 11:40a how much longer of a wait. Her reply was I can check but you were like 10 minutes late. That has absolutely nothing to do that it damn near noon and I’m still waiting. Her reply was an we only have 1 doctor today. So had another appt. Dental Dreams Roxbury! The front desk is always on point and professional. They are very organized! The Dentists and Staff in the back are gentle and very caring I actually look forward to my next appt because they make you really comfortable!

I wish I would had looked further for a dentist no I thought since it was close to me it would work , but no . My son cries out at night in so much pain with 4 bad wisdom teeth . I’ve been begging for 2 weeks for pain relief . The manager won’t pick up or call back . Won’t be using this company after six months are up .

My family and I have been patients of the Dental Dreams, Blue Island office for several years. Even though they’re always running behind schedule and it’s a long wait to see the dentist. I’ve never had an issue with them until now. On Thursday July 6th, Dental Dreams called and informed me that my partial was completed and in office. Went for an appt Dentist stated he couldn’t help me referred me to a surgeon. Few days later received notification from my Insurance company, this office stated they put in a crown and billed for 1,400. They only took 1 x-ray

I am very displeased with the professionalism of this office. I never write reviews, however I the office manager and her lack of care and concern is disheartening. I have reached out to the corporates office and I need a solution. Concerned citizen

Dr. Thompson is excellent, she explains procedure before beginning and makes sure patient is comfortable. Staff members are very friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. There is never a long wait when I am at the Dentist. I always receive excellent service when I’m there. I would recommend Dental Dreams to my family and friends.

I have tried and tried to get to this office to get my great-granddaughter in. She face planted herself on concrete and her permanent front tooth was loose. We had to drive there only to find that the office was closed due to sickness. That was Dec 1. They are still closed. The machine says we are assisting other clients. Left several messages, no response. Very disappointed in lack of any kind of service. As far as I am concerned, as of this date Dec 6, still no response. they did not even deserve a 1 star,
