I’m leaving this review. I had one visit they had amazing service. Everybody was wonderful very nice and friendly. However, the only reason why I’m not gonna be returning is I found where my dentist had moved to, so just to drive a couple extra minutes to my dentist is what I’m gonna do but anybody in the valley I do recommend them
I wanted to share my experience this morning that I had at Dental Docs in their Derby location. I am fiercely afraid of going to the dentist. This particular office not only was accommodating when I called to let them know I’d be roughly ten minutes late but they were all very friendly, competent and compassionate. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist and I would especially recommend it to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist like myself. I am posting because my husband had a horrible toothache and it's Saturday! Not only did the receptionist get him in as a new patient, But he said that Dr. Lee did a phenomenal job. Staff is pleasant and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Sparkling clean and every precaution taken. Best dental office i’ve ever been to! The 2 ladies at the front desk are always extremely kind and helpful. The dentist and assistant is also amazing and extremely gentle when working on your teeth. I had a tooth pulled last week instead of a root canal, and i was expecting it to be super painful and uncomfortable, but they made the experience extremely fast and comfortable for me! i’d highly recommend coming here. also, you can call and they’ll see you the same day. not a lot of places do that!
