I was not at all impressed with Dr.Fisher. His staff, especially the hygienist were lovely, however. He was dismissive and rude. I asked him several questions, even made a phone call to ask questions and I never got a straightforward answer. It seemed to me that he was more concerned about upselling than actually treating me like an individual patient. I sought a second opinion on his treatment plan for me, and that dentist did not agree. My husband and myself have canceled all future appointments with this doctor.
Dr. Fisher and his staff are great to work with. They communicate well, are professional, thorough, timely, and respectful of my dental needs. As someone who has a great deal of anxiety surrounding dental care, I walk out of the office feeling confident and supported. I can highly recommend.
Always professional, kind, and accommodating! Valeria is such a great hygienist - cleanings have always given me anxiety but her kindness, explaining as she goes and fun demeanor truly makes all the difference. Dr. Fisher is also professional and takes time to answer my questions and provide recommendations. I have been very happy with Dental Designs!
I would not recommend this dental office. It used to be owned by an awesome dentist and they had a great dental team. When my husband and I showed up for our appointment last January, we didn’t know that a new dentist had purchased the practice. I wasn’t impressed. The dental technician seemed rushed and when the dentist finally came in, he wasn’t interested in answering my questions and told me he wanted to remove some of my mercury fillings because he didn’t like the way they looked but wouldn’t elaborate. Efficient x-rays, exam and teeth cleaning. I would like more information on preventions and cures for gingivitis and tooth decay. Pre-visit website for my medical information was not good - it wasted much time asking for the same information several times and didn't remember any thing from my previous visits.
