Today, my 6 year old had a tooth extracted for a necessary medical situation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the Dr., the tech, or the staff. They were patient, they were kind, and they made sure she understood what was happening and why. The situation was very scary for her, and they made sure she felt as secure as possible. They could have rushed us out, they could have sent us to a pediatric facility, but they didn't. She left smiling, with a pink tooth necklace, and an impending trip from the tooth fairy.
