I have been going to this dentist for almost 30 years. I recently got insurance as I always paid in full for myself. I only got a cleaning to see what my insurance would cover. They charged the insurance company for a checkup also even though I specified only a cleaning. They sent the bill that the insurance would not pay to my son's address even though I have been at the same address 30 years. I explained to them their 2 mistakes. Dental Designs is by far the best dentist office I have used. Dr Grant Smith is both friendly and professional. Dental technician Christie is the most gentle and considerate technician I have ever experienced. Everyone there is great. My entire extended family in Kansas City uses Dental Designs!
