My daughter had a full set of braces done here when we were stationed in Oklahoma. The ortho care was fine but the record keeping and billing was terrible We had to request MULTPLE times for our account to be audited because we were being overcharged. However, my main complaint is - my daughter was given a retainer (upper and lower) and when she lost her upper, we called to have it replaced - this was $250. Totally fine. We always felt informed about his progress, and the final outcome was better than we expected.
