Very disappointed! My Mom loves Dr. Gehring. She is also elderly and has no dental insurance so goes for cleanings when she can afford it. She called recently to make an appointment to have a tooth pulled and because she hadn’t been there in at approx 18 months, she was told she is no longer considered a patient, please find a new dentist. She was devastated. She pays her bills on time, so that isn’t the issue. She had been a patient for years. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ghering is fantastic. He was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time with me, so I never felt rushed about asking questions. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything well, while involving me in my plan of care and avoiding unnecessary treatments . I really feel that he puts the patient care as his top priority and is also affordable. Highly recommend!
When I was there they treated me as family, they were so nice to me made sure I was comfortable while pulling my teeth. Made sure that everything was fine a few days later with a friendly phone call. Thanks for treating me like family..
