Gave 5 stars because that's all the higher you can. This was the best experience I ever had at a dental office. They are the nicest people, from reception to Dr. Shah and every technician I worked with they were excellent. Dr. Shah listened and offered services that fit my budget. **Extremely Unprofessional Facility with Rude Staff** I provided my insurance information during my first visit, yet 5–6 months later, I was told it was not on file and that I had an outstanding balance I was unaware of. I left work early for my appointment, only to be told I could not be seen that day unless I provided my insurance information or paid the balance.
