I had had a tooth removed and when it came to pricing they tried to get me for much more than average cost for this service, they did negotiate down. BUT I came in to get the stitches removed on a Saturday morning and my dentist was a no show. So, they gave me the offer to pay $200 to get them removed because the dentist there was on call. Hired an investigator to find out they have students working on people’s mouths. Mary was very rude, not helpful, made racist remarks to my girlfriend which we have on email. Her mouth has been hurting for almost a year before they would do anything to fix the problem. You can’t get past Mary to talk to anyone else. All this cost 3,000.00 dollars for a crown and a bunch of problems. Will not be sending anyone here.

VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. NO ONE SPOKE EXCEPT TO GIVE PATIENT FORMS AND TAKE MY CREDIT CARD . NOT AN HOUR BUT A WEEK LATER MY CROWN WAS PUT IN. NO CHECKING FOR BITE OR PROPER FIT AFTER ONLY DAYS WHEN GUMS STARTED BLEEDING, I CALLED TO HAVE CROWN FILED DOWN. I have encountered horrible service from Dental Crown in an hour and have tried to be patient to accommodate Mary's schedule, but no action or update has been taken regarding the refund I was promised by Mary for the non-delivery of my Invisalign and the faulty genetic testing.
