Staff was amazing! I have cptsd, severe depression, severe anxiety and difficulties w x-rays. The assistant was so patient, kind and understanding through the process! Thank you for your compassion! Recommend for people with severe anxiety!
Overall experience was very professional, warm and caring. Getting the appointment was very smooth and quick. Waiting time to see the Dentist was minimal. My complaint was attended and resolved quickly.
I was greeted by Mary my Hygienist. She explained so much to me on how to take better care of my teeth. Wow, she also worked so hard to get my teeth so clean and remove the coffee stains. There were a lot of stains. Dental Connection is lucky to have somebody like Mary who is so devoted to doing such a good job. Mary is really great.
Caring and professional. Actually look forward to my semiannual visits.
