UPDATE I finally had my veneer put in by a student named William less than a year ago. This morning my veneer somehow became unscrewed and fell out. Thankfully I was awake when it happened. I also was told I had a student assigned to clean my teeth less than a year ago as well. I had many issues with William and he didn't listen when I told him when I felt like a part of the base he put in for the veneer was loose. My student, Anna Lee, is perfect. I’m a dental coward and am pretty uptight about having even the simplest cleaning done but she is so supportive and gentle and upbeat and communicates very well , stopping regularly to ask how we’re doing. Love her energy and friendliness. As for the school and program as a whole, waiting room time is nowhere near what I was told to expect and the prices they charge for procedures are so reasonable. Very thankful for the program.
Glad other's experience is better than mine. Had appt yesterday at noon. Drove up there (1.5 hrs ea way) only to find out they were closed. How was I supposed to know? Assumed they were following rest of wellstar and opening at noon. Definitely could have been more proactive in announcing the closing. Called this morning to attempt to reschedule. Couldn't find me in the system... What??? Went through all that when scheduling initial appt. Is that why no one let me know they were closed? Left me wondering if my appt ever put ... read more
