As of April 19, 2011 this company has collected $1550,04 and I have not as yet received one cent from the money collected. My company has been trying to talk to them and we have been getting the end around up until yesterday when we called and found out that all their phone numbers were disconnected and there were no ways to get in touch with them.
They have collected over $950 and failed to pay me anything.
This agency is good at collecting money however they fail to forward payement and notify you of accounts paid. I had a patient who was making payments for 6 months, and the agency failed to tell us & when you asked for status it was not there until after the account had been paid in full 2 months later. I have yet to recieve a payment from them.
