The entire office staff, including everyone in the front office, dental assistance, and dentist are wonderful to work with.
These people don't seem to care about their patients. They just want their money. Their dentist seems fine but the hygienist was extremely rude. Kept complaining about being late for her pickup order at Walmart. This tells me that she is extremely self centered and narcissistic. She was asking questions and implying that the answers she was given were lies. Unfortunately her name was not important enough to remember. Dr. V and the staff I have interacted with at Dental Clinics North in Gaylord have been phenomenal! Both my 5 year old son and I are patients of Dr. V and she has been so incredible with my son. He had to have some fillings and her and her staff made him feel so comfortable and brave through the whole experience. Dr. V has also been wonderful with me and my repairs. Love this office!
Called me to have my dentist appointment 1 hour earlier than previously scheduled. I obliged and showed up early, leaving work. Sat in the waiting room up until the time of my original appointment was scheduled because “they were behind”
