The staff is super! They are always cheerful and compassionate as well as being very professional. The new dentist seems extremely skilled and has a relaxed professional demeanor and keeps everything very calm. I really don't mind going to the dentist for once and the process I'm going through has been difficult for me, yet they always remain calm and listen to my frustration before talking me down and making everything calm. Long wait time (60 min) when there are no other patients! Most work is referred out because the dentist only does minimal...so it's not worth the wait to just go to another dentist and redo x-rays and exam. Plus, after going to the referred dentist, they disagreed with this dentist's recommended tx! The dentist said fluoride was a vitamin! I just can't. If you're going to try and sell me on something at least come with facts (it's not an essential nutrient) and admit it's been proven to lower children's IQ (neurotoxin)- per ... read more

I had a horrible experience here, with the assistant as well as the dentist. I've never been treated so badly at a dentist. The assistant refused to speak to me except to issue orders. She was abrupt and....angry? The dentist wasn't much better. It felt like she was shaming me for having so many cavities (I had a gastric hiatal hernia and the reflux damaged my lower teeth)The whole office seemed to be in a bad mood over something, but taking it out on patients is wrong!
