The appointment system here is a total mess. They don't take online bookings, so you can only call. I even called the day before to confirm my time, but when I took time off work and showed up the next morning, they told me my appointment had been canceled. No one could tell me who canceled it or why. Then they rushed me through a 5-minute quick check and told me to rebook.
I just went there today. They are really friendly and made me more comfortable.
I have had such positive experiences with everyone I’ve dealt with at the clinic. From the front office staff to the students to the hygienists to the instructors - every one of them gets 5 stars. Procedures will take longer here than at a regular dentist’s office, but the care and attention to detail is top notch.
