I have had such positive experiences with everyone I’ve dealt with at the clinic. From the front office staff to the students to the hygienists to the instructors - every one of them gets 5 stars. Procedures will take longer here than at a regular dentist’s office, but the care and attention to detail is top notch.
Overall, I’m satisfied their service. Since patient care is delivered by senior dental students, there will be longer appointment times than in private practice. Appointment lengths typically range from 2 to 3 hours. Many small mistakes are happened during the treatment time, but it’s also understandable because the students are still on their learning processing.
