No one at the front desk to help for over 30 mins. I drove from Orleans to find no one to help. They don’t answer your phone calls either
I cannot speak highly enough of the dental services I received at Algonquin College. Scheduling appointments was easy, the office is clean and admin staff like Sherry, are super friendly and competent. My student dental hygienist, Tori, was phenomenal. She was warm, caring and exceptionally competent and worked very well with her fellow student during my first visit. Algonquin College Dental Clinic loves to waste their clients’ time. I was prepared to attend several hours-long sessions prior to obtaining a cleaning Instead, I was told after 2 hours of probing, that they would refuse further treatment, unless I got a clearance letter from my doctor, stipulating that I did not require antibiotic prophylaxis. The Canadian Dental Association explicitly states that antibiotic prophylaxis is not required for minor heart conditions and this has been their position for almost 20 years. I have ne... read more
I have been going to the Dental Clinic at Algonquin since 2019 and am on my 2nd student(they were closed for Covid) & am VERY impressed by the quality of education and attention to detail. YES, it WILL take at least 3-4 appts to get everything done...BUT IT COSTS $45 FOR EVERYTHING!!!
