Changed management and didn't even bother informing me that my appointment no longer existed
The professionalism is questionable due to a follow up appointment was made 4 weeks ago for a Monday morning and I live out of town (over) 200 miles. The appointment was canceled during the time the office was closed Friday evening. I tried to call to let them know my implant screw dislodged and received a text message that the office will be closed on Monday. My daughter had an appointment with the Greensboro office today for a cleaning, or so we thought. I had purchased a Groupon for her x-rays and cleaning. The office “manager” was clearly lacking in customer service skills. That “manager” stated that there was an additional cost outside of the purchase of the Groupon. Made an appointment three months prior. I have three kids so I have to schedule babysitting for appointments. They called three days before and cancelled my appointment. They also did the same to my husband! We both have Medicaid so for them to cancel bc the Medicaid provider isn’t going to be in….mind you we made these appointments three months in advance. Very discriminatory and unprofessional if you ask me
This is the worst dentist office, Or honestly any Professional Medical office I've ever Seen. They don't even have a dentist at the location. I've been charged for appointments I didn't even have and told I missed one that I know for sure NEVER Existed. I was having extreme tooth pain And instead of helping me The "dentist "just told me he had a Facebook special going on for 20,000$ dental implants. I only needed one tooth pulled.
