We just went all the way out to Findlay from Lima because we were told over the phone that they would extract my fiance's tooth because it was CLEARLY abcessed and needed to be removed. Hence, the swelling in his face. We let them know over the phone what the situation was, NOT TO MENTION that he had just had an x-ray and an exctraction done maybe a month ago while he was having the same or similar issues in his mouth. I went to them for 2 fillings 6/16/22. I walked out with a temporary filling and needing a root canal on a half perfectly healthy tooth. When I arrived I was taken back to the office, very nervous and anxious due past experiences. The assistant put me in the chair and after doing vitals, the Dr came in. He sat down, opened my mouth, asked how I was to which I said nervous. He poked around, asked for something and all of the sudden was coming towards my gums with a needle to numb me.
