I got there when it opened, so not surprisingly I got in right away. But the staff was friendly and professional and my cleaning went very well. The appointment was for a standard cleaning.
As usual my experience with the Dental Care Group, particularly Dr. Glicksman and his staff, was very pleasant. They are very fast and efficient while also caring about the patient's personal concerns, fears. Questions are answered and Dr. Glicksman treats his patients as individuals who he personally cares about, not just another patient.
i had a cleaning with Donna. As usual it was an excellent experience. She always does a great job and is very professional and very kind. she had been my hygenist for several years and i hope she will continue to be. she is a definite asset to this dental pratice.
No matter what I need, a cleaning or filling or just an answer to a question, I always walk away with a smile.
Bonnie and Doctor Mars are very good at what they do. Professional, efficient, skilled (they do great work) and comforting. Dentist visits can be jarring but they have addressed all our situations calmly and with ease. Staff also very proffessional and helpful. E-mail and text notices sent for appointment reminders. Overall great place
Donna cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth are clean and gums very much improved thanks to her excellent care.
