I have always had an awesome, caring experience here.
I had to call 5-6 times around 4:30-4:45 pm just to ask for a refill on my medication and then the receptionist was a bratt about it being a complete smartass. My Dr there is amazing though I've never had a problem with her
i had been going here for two years. i finally get insurance and bring up actual health problems i have and when i read the referral the NP (i say np instead of dr because she isn’t even close to what a dr could provide) sent she sent it for something i never mentioned. it wasn’t sent for what i needed at all with me ending up being denied. ontop of that she tells me “i don’t have enough symptoms” of said illness to actually be accepted even tho there was no assessment on this illness done and there were little questions ask... read more
They never have spots open and consistently say call back and schedule tommarow but it seems like they just say that to everyone. Rudest people I've delt with on a phone in a long time. Will never recommend this place.
