Pros: Tried to book an appointment - a receptionist (Lana) was very polite and was happy to assist. Cons: When I inquired if my Metlife PPO insurance is an in-network coverage, Lana very skillfully spinned my question and started saying the PPO insurance allows to go to any dentist to receive services. The staff here are warm and welcoming. For cleaning I had Gabby. Gabby is great, she really takes the time to work with you and ensure you’re comfortable. Paula handles the financial side - she is really kind and really takes time to get to know you and works with you. Dr. Simon was honestly just an expert at what he does. He’s also very funny and explains throughly what he is doing and why. Dental Care of Stamford will definitely take care of you.
Just had my new crown placed by Dr. Simon and charming assistant Albina. Both are very highly skilled, precise in execution, take the time it needs and give the patient a comfortable feeling. Job well done!
Today I went to the dentist and they gave me homework. Dr. Simon and staff are wonderful… :)
