I had such a wonderful experience at Dental Care on 7! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring.Dr. Hale is absolutely amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. And her staff is just as incredible! They are all so bubbly, friendly, and amazing at what they do. You can tell they genuinely love their patients and their job, and that makes such a difference. Start by saying I loved coming here, everyone seemed personable, when there was issues regarding a bill I paid cash upfront for, we got resolved. My last visit is the worst experience. During my visit, staff created urgency around a full treatment plan and pushed me directly into a predatory third-party loan agreement with Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD), rather than allowing me to pay out-of-pocket at my own pace. UPDATE 4 - See upfate 3 below..but...I had a crown come off and they got me in 1st thing the next day...Great Job Ladies..ur ALL Awesome. UPDATE 3 - See below... UPDATE 2 - see UPDATE 1 below: UPFATE 1: All the support staff are Awesome and Dr. HALE is awesome as well. They are timely, professional, curteous, kind, effecient and thorough!! Id recommend that you come see them, even make an appointment to try them out and then move your business to them if u agree!!
These girls are absolutely awesome! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience here. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll be treated exceptionally well, I promise you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend them!
