My best dentist experience by far in the US. The entire team is very helpful, friendly and professional. I had multiple treatments ( crown, filling, deep cleaning ) and everything was very well done. I highly recommend this dentist.
My husband and I were excited about trying this dentist out as new patients. There was a lack of communication when setting up his appointment for a deep cleaning. When we scheduled his appointment, we told them up front that he needed a deep cleaning versus a regular cleaning. Valerie verified his insurance prior to his appointment. He came in and all they did was his X-ray and told him he had to come back for his deep cleaning. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My wife had a filling done at another dentist which only held for six months, so we went with another dentist. Insurance did not cover my wife to get the tooth fixed again, but Dental Care of Winchester gave me a $100 credit for referring my wife and also took care of the additional $19 that we would have owed which made my day!!! Thanks Michelle :)
