Great experience - highly recommend!
Dental Care of Waldorf is awesome! I was experiencing tooth pain that was progressing and was able to come in same day as a new patient which is rare, thank you again G! I appreciate all of them. Thank you Dr. Crandall for addressing my tooth pain, he listened and addressed all of my concerns and questions I had. While there I was able to knock out my teeth cleaning aswell, thank you guys again! This my go to spot now!
I read the reviews and saw red flags but still was willing to give them a try. I made an appointment on Wednesday for 6/16/2024 @ 4:30pm. They called and text to confirm on 6/14/2024. On June 16th they called and ask do I want to come in early and I said no thanks. 3 hours before my appointment they called and said that they have to reschedule for 6/17th. What company does that!? I said no and all this time I had this appointment and now you ask that!? I have a lot going on and do not have time for anyone to dictate my time ... read more
I had a really great visit here. I only needed something very basic done, but I wanted to get it done soon and so Dental Care of Waldorf communicated with me every step of the way to accomplish that. Great staff to be helped by, I'll most certainly return and use this as my preferred practice going forward!
