It had been a few years since I had last gone to the Dentist and Dental Care of Waldorf helped alleviate any anxiety I had about going. The hygienist, Tye, was amazing ! She was quick and efficient in doing my cleaning while still being thorough, along with explaining everything. Also, Dr. Bansal was very helpful at explaining issues with my teeth and how to prevent any future cavities from forming. Stay away from this dental office now known as Creigh Crandall DDS Waldorf PC dba Dental Care of Waldorf!!!! They are shady need to be closed down -DEFINITY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE They charge for procedures that they don't do Want to be paid full price up front before submitting anything to the insurance company. Overcharge for procedures that are covered by insurance then refuse to refund the money!! My granddaughter went to them on July 26, 2026 for fillings & a pulp caps for 3 teeth. Dr Crandall and Brooke were both so helpful I’m usually terrified at the dentist but they made it pretty chill and explained things wonderfully for my two teeth and abcess extraction
Best dentist I have ever been to. Every single person on the staff is tremendously friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The wisdom tooth extraction process was smooth and painless. The dentists and assistants are very knowledgeable. They take really great care of you. You are in the best hands here. Love this place!
I want to thank Dr. Bansal and his assistant for being so professional, kind, and patient with my mom, who has Dementia. My mom was very nervous, scared, and didn't comprehend why or what needed to be done to fix her dentures. Dr. Bansal spoke so softly and kind to my mom. I can't thank Dr. Bansal enough!!! We need more kind people in the world just like Dr. Bansal. This dental office and staff are exceptional and I highly recommend them.
