All I wanted was to get a brand new retainer and I was quite disappointed. I wanted 2-3 weeks to receive my retainer and the bottom half didn’t fit. it’s really upsetting that I spent a lot of money on two retainers for one half not to fit.
I always enjoy the conversation with the team! Service is pleasant and I am able to understand the treatment plan
I'm still having trouble with some the teeth they did extensive work on 5 years ago. I'm about to have to pay someone else to fix it as I have moved. And due to the fact I haven't been able to make it in every 3 months, the work is no longer insured even though it was never done right in the first place.
