Dr. Taylor and his staff are excellent! I am a new patient as we moved to Spokane recently. Everyone is kind and friendly. The dental work is excellent and my appointments are on time. I am very happy with this practice and feel lucky to have found them!!!
The entire team, from scheduling, to dental care, to payments is thorough, efficient and professional. The atmosphere is also very warm and friendly. I appreciate a business that builds a good culture and "vibe".
As always, the care and interactions with each of your staff was superb! I was charged for cleaning which was cancelled at my appt but I will just come in on Monday and pick up the difference! Literally, y’all are a great team! Thank you!
Unfortunately this dentistry has been taken over by a third party and neither Dr Z or Dr T are practicing at this time. My first visit to the new operation laid out a plan that was much more extensive and expensive than what the previous dentists had suggested. I can’t give a good opinion until I get a second opinion. I would say to ignore all posted reviews older than 6 months or so since those dentists are gone.
I’m pretty sure Dr. Taylor saved my life last night. If I could rate this practice a million stars I would. I’m not kidding when I say this, but yesterday when I went in for a tooth extraction with a different office, I got home and for some reason the area started bleeding— badly. I was sure I could stop it myself with some gauze and pressure with my own personal experience in the medical field. Nope.
