Every time I made an appointment they made me wait outside for mostly 30 minutes. There were a few times I sat in my car for an hour. I went in to find out why the long wait. I had the "first appointment" at that time. I was told that I was an "emergency". NO way. I already had a bridge put in a few weeks ago, and came back because it felt off. Been coming here with my family for over a decade. This office is outrageous and is going downhill very quickly!! No more cookies, no more human touch! Dentists not knowing what they are supposed to do because one dentist does the exam and another has to do the treatment. Even if he/she does not agree. Dental cleanings lasting only 20 minutes! (How clean are my teeth?) They are only concerned about the $$$. The loyalty has vanished from this office. Too bad, because I used to think Dr. Pettisani was a good guy. Not anymore!!... read more
