When i showed up for my appt at 1pm I was told that i had to reschedule because they gave my appointment away. I was very upset! I have paid them lots of money in the past and was always on time for my appointments. When i talked to the business manager she told me it was my fault because they had my old phone number when trying to confirm my appt and couldn't reach me. But they have my address and email. lol! I have been a patient there for a long time, but this is the first time I am unhappy with them. I had a dental 3D imaging done at the Bixby location. I was told that the information would be sent to my dentist for review. Haven't heard a word since. I chatted 2 times and was told someone would call me, still waiting. I am quite surprised by their lack of response. If it changes I will change my response. (I have prepaid for a service, that I did not receive)
Had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and a crown done. Never having a tooth pulled was unsure what to expect. Right from arriving the staff are very friendly. April spent time explaining the process making me quite comfortable and getting me set up and ready to go. Dr Vo was very friendly calmly reviewing the planned procedure and checking on my comfort level during the procedure. This procedure went way better than expected!
