I want to start by sharing my frustrating experience with this office which was poorly managed and seemed more focused on money than patient care. From the very beginning, communication was terrible. A lady answered the phone but didn’t ask for any of my insurance information, only for me to later find out that I was out of network with them AFTER my cleaning.
