Last week while my dentist was out of town, I needed to be seen urgently for a dental issue that was causing me great concern. I was very pleasantly surprised when I called Dental Care of Morrisville and was invited to come in to be seen the same day. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. So was Doctor Patel who provided a consultation which addressed my dental issue very promptly and precisely. This office lacks in infection control. I tempted here one day and I was told by the manager that I was asking too many questions. The questions I was asking was normal stuff that any experienced EFDA would ask when first coming into your office. Seems like they had something shady to hide. Also, the infection control was lacking. I wouldn't come here as a patient let alone an employee. My experience at Dental Care of Morganton was simply the tops!! I called in with a chipped front tooth. They were able to get me in the SAME day and FIX it beautifully the SAME day!! The administrative staff is lovely and kind! They have a great deal going right now for first-time patients that includes cleanings, one emergency visit, and 20% off of treatment for a year!
