I went to DCOM for a while. I was there before the big ownership change (when Dr. Gross was around) and after, when Dr. Patel took over. I kept going but honestly I spent a lot of money and time here (I even got dental veneers here that cost me almost 2K out of pocket!!) and I won’t be coming back. The dental hygienists here keep changing every 6 months or so, the receptionists (Tonya and friends) are very nice but Dr. Patel has pretty poor bedside manner for a dentist. Dr Patel and his staff were extremely professional and friendly. I have great fear of dentists and they made me feel very relax . The work done was excellent. I recommend them highly.
2025-08-04 I’m visiting the Durham region of North Carolina (from Canada) and in a lot of pain. Dr Patel was exceptional at diagnosing my severe toothache. I didn’t even know the location of the pain until he told me how to pinpoint it. A few hours after I left his office I was able to pinpoint the spot and it was exactly what he said. He was extremely professional, friendly staff and I was completely satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend him. Thanks, Dental Care of Morrisville.
Best experience Ive ever had!! The doctor and staff were kind, understanding and genuinely cared about how I was doing. I have always avoided going to the dentist because of lack of care. I will be going back here!
