The staff is friendly but the office is money hungry. I came in there got X-rays and I was told I needed fillings. Shortly after my visit I’m in pain and TMJ all of a sudden that I didn’t have before and come to find out I really needed a root canal. Instead of telling me the first time and referring me to the right place like a caring dentist …Dr.K went ahead and just did a fill in because they don’t perform root canal’s at this location. She knew and didn’t care. I won’t be back ! The intentions are bad in this office.
Love. These. Ladies. Been visiting for years, (not to mention, they put up with me fainting for no reason... I'm blessed.) They're so patient kind and helpful. Always a step ahead, too. Often organizing my treatment plan in advance, so I know what's best and when for my future care. Thank you thank you thank you. Ps, the jams are spot on in here too.
Been a patient here for years as well as my children. But over the last year the staff here have been going down hill. We love Dr.k but lately the rest of staff has sucked. Will be looking for a new dental office. I had to cancel my appointment and re schedule it. But never got a call to confirm even though they say they called. Which is complete bs. They are very good dentists they make sure your teeth is clean and healthy and nothing didn’t hurt.
Very helpful and caring and do answer all questions and affordable, Thank you for making me smile again.
